At Northwest LED Lighting, we stand behind the products we carry. We offer a one-time opportunity to return any product you purchase from us for the first time if you are not fully satisfied with the quality and performance of our LED products.

We offer a 2-year warranty on all products we carry against failure due to defects in materials or workmanship. Note this warranty does not cover damage caused by improper power, power surges, lightning caused damage, improper dimming of non dimmable lights or other improper use. Please contact us if you have any questions.

In order to make a return, you must contact customer service to receive a return authorization number. In order to return a product for full refund, the product must be returned in the original packaging undamaged. Products that have been damaged are not refundable.
